Order Processing

• All orders may require 1-2 days handling but we definitely try to ship orders same day when placed before 12pm AEST
• Pre-Release or Pre-Order items may arrive the first week after the item release date
• E-check payments: ordering/shipping process won't start until payment has been cleared

Delivery Timeframes

• East coast metro: 2-4 days
• West Coast: 4-10 days
• Remote/rural areas: Additional 3-9 days (We recommend using the Australia Post option for remote/rural areas)

Local Pickup

Items ARE available for pick-up from our Caboolture store

• One order will only be shipped all at once - please order separately if you would like your order to be shipped separately
• If any items are damaged in transit, please get in contact and we will guide you through the process

WarGamers Hub sells products for play, read and hobby use. Minor cosmetic damage to external retail packaging or shrink wrap that occurs during transit (including minor dents, creases, scuffs or corner compression) is not considered a product defect where the product and its contents remain complete, functional and undamaged.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product itself is damaged, incomplete, defective, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
